Vancouver Aboriginal Transformative Justice Services Society

The Vancouver Aboriginal Transformative Justice Service Society (VATJSS) is a non-profit agency that provides justice, homelessness and outreach prevention services to Aboriginal people within the Metro-Vancouver area.

The justice service provides offenders and victims with satisfying and culturally appropriate alternative to the mainstream criminal justice system. The services are a non-adversarial, non-retributive approach to justice that emphasizes healing in victims, meaningful accountability of offenders, and the involvement of community members in creating a healthier and safer community.
